Mr. Anguti Silas
Institution: Tororo District Local Government, Uganda
Mr. Anguti Silas is an Environmental Economist and specialist in Natural Resources Management (Environment, Conservation Planning, Forestry, Wetlands and Land Management). He has worked in Government of Uganda for more than 25 years and is currently based in Tororo District, Department of Natural Resources. He has implemented several projects with rural communities across the country on tree planting, wetlands management and climate change among others.He has also presented papers in international conferences and published some with the East African Journal of Forestry and Agroforestry, EAJFA (www.eanso.org)
